Terms of Use

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Arthazeyro Technologies Private Limited (“Zeyro”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

By downloading or accessing the Zeyro mobile application, visiting or using the Zeyro website, registering an account, or using any product, feature, or service offered through Zeyro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and uninstall the application.

2. Changes to Terms

Zeyro may modify, amend, add to, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

3. Definitions

• “Zeyro Platform” means the Zeyro website, mobile applications, APIs, SDKs, AI assistants, chat interfaces, and any related digital services.
• “Services” means all products, tools, features, financial discovery services, insights, tracking, integrations, and partner-enabled services offered through Zeyro.
• “Business Partners” include banks, NBFCs, AMCs, Account Aggregators, payment partners, technology providers, and other regulated or contractual partners.
• “User Account” means the account created by you on the Zeyro Platforms.

4. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
• You are using the Platform for lawful purposes only
• You are not impersonating any individual or entity
• All information and documents provided by you are true, accurate, and belong to you

Zeyro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.

5. Nature of Zeyro Services

Zeyro is a technology platform that helps users:

• Track and organize their income, spending, savings, and financial activity;
• Receive financial insights, summaries, alerts, and tools to better understand their money;
• Set financial goals and monitor progress over time;
• Discover, compare, and access investment opportunities and financial products;
• Invest in financial products offered by regulated third-party institutions, such as banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or other licensed entities, where applicable;
• Enable transactions, investments, or services through integrations with Zeyro’s regulated partners.

Important clarification: Zeyro is not a bank, not a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), and not a financial institution. Any investments or financial products available on the Platform are offered, issued, and managed by regulated third-party institutions. Zeyro acts only as a technology platform, facilitator, or intermediary, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific service.

5A. AI Processing & Core Functionality

Zeyro is an AI-native financial companion. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI processing is core to the Zeyro experience and the delivery of its Services.
• Consent to AI data processing is obtained within the app before any financial data is processed.
• If you do not consent to AI data processing, you may not be able to use the Platform or specific features.
• You may request account deletion at any time via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing connect@zeyro.in if you wish to withdraw consent.

6. Account Registration & Use

To access certain Services, you must create a Zeyro User Account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree that:

• You will keep your login credentials confidential
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• You will promptly update your information if it changes

Zeyro is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

7. KYC & Regulatory Compliance

Certain services on the Platform require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable laws and partner requirements.

• KYC documents may be collected, verified, and shared with regulated partners
• Failure to complete KYC may restrict access to specific services
• KYC verification may be conducted digitally or through third-party service providers

8. Third-Party Financial Products & Services

Zeyro may enable access to products such as: savings instruments, fixed deposits, investments, digital assets, loans, insurance or credit products. All such products are:

• Governed by the respective partner’s terms and conditions,
• Subject to market risks,
• Offered at the sole discretion of the regulated institution.

Zeyro does not guarantee returns, performance, or suitability of any product.

9. Payments, Fees & Taxes

Payments may be processed via UPI, net banking, cards, or third-party payment gateways. Zeyro may charge service fees for certain features or products, which will be disclosed upfront. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and statutory charges. Zeyro is not liable for taxes payable by you to any authority.

10. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

Information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on Zeyro constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating financial decisions. You are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

11. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Misuse or interfere with the Platform,
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content,
• Attempt unauthorized access or data scraping,
• Upload malicious code or attempt security breaches,
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to: software, design, logos, text, algorithms, trademarks, are the exclusive property of Zeyro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

13. Termination

Zeyro may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, for regulatory or legal reasons, or to protect Platform integrity or other users. Termination does not limit Zeyro’s right to pursue legal remedies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Zeyro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Zeyro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeyro, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Platform.

16. Force Majeure

Zeyro shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, system failures, or cyber incidents.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zeyro makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability. Third-party tools and links are provided without endorsement.
